Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 399d ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the 399d website at https://399d.bio, or using any service or feature available through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published elsewhere on the Platform, including bonus terms, game rules, and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 399d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 399d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including during the KYC verification process. Failure to satisfy any of these requirements will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gaming is strictly for adults. 399d uses age-verification procedures during the KYC process to confirm compliance with this requirement.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on the Platform.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your place of residence before registering.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been suspended or permanently closed by 399d for any reason. Attempting to register a new account following exclusion or closure is a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 399d Platform. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited. 399d may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 399d will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• You must notify 399d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 399d accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of an account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
• Account information, including the registered name, date of birth, and primary payment method, may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances.
• Players must ensure their contact email address remains active and accessible. Important communications regarding account status, promotions, and security are sent to the registered email address.
• 399d reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

Players are required to keep their registered information up to date. Any change in name, address, payment method, or contact details must be updated promptly through the account settings page or by contacting the 399d support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

399d supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 399d reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

• 399d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a violation of applicable law.
• Processing times vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal processing times will be communicated through the cashier interface at the time of the request.

399d does not charge fees for standard deposits made via local payment methods. Charges imposed by the player's payment provider are outside 399d's control and are the player's sole responsibility.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

399d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover conditions), eligible games, and expiry periods. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full bonus terms before claiming any offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered player on whose account they are credited. Sharing, selling, or transferring a bonus to another player is strictly prohibited.

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, using external software tools to gain an unfair advantage, or exploiting software bugs is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through collusion or cheating will be voided.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on the Platform, regardless of the purpose, is prohibited. This includes accounts registered in another person's name or using different identity documents.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform is considered fraudulent behaviour. 399d reserves the right to recover any amounts charged back through all available legal means.
• Underage play: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account is prohibited. The registered account holder is responsible for ensuring that minors do not gain access to their account credentials or device.

Intellectual Property

The 399d name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 399d. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 399d. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 399d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

399d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 399d makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or its content. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Amendments to These Terms

399d reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 399d will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the registered email address associated with each account. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the 399d support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming and entertainment regulations.
